Returns and exchanges 
We aim to keep the return or exchange process as simple as possible.

We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. You have a statutory right to a cooling off period of 14 days starting from the day after the receipt of your goods within which to cancel your order for whatever reason.

For any unwanted goods please advise us within 14 working days of your receipt of the goods that you wish to cancel the order and return the goods. A full refund will then be made within 30 days of receiving notice of cancellation except for initial postage and package charges on your invoice. You pay for the return postage.

If you return an item to us, which is faultyyou did not order or for any other reason that is our fault we also pay you the cost of postage. If this happens, please contact us first; using the contact details on (Contact us) and we will let you know how you should return the item to us.

In the event of an item being exchanged a charge for postage/packing and restocking will be levied each time a change is made as per the above delivery charges with a minimum of £4.50 per item.

You will be responsible for any return until they reach us. For your protection we suggest using a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

Our system automatically acknowledges receipt of your order, but mere acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer to purchase the item(s).

Although we endeavour to hold stock of all items on our site this cannot be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock.

In the event of unavailability for whatever reason we will advise you of the position when we receive your order and await your subsequent instructions.

If you need to contact us our offices are open (Monday to Friday), 10.00 - 5.00pm, outside those hours please or e-mail us using the contact details specified on (Contact us). Call charges are at normal BT rates.

We welcome all feedback about our service and try to deal with any difficulties or problems as quickly as possible. In most cases any problems can be resolved immediately by phone but if not we will advise you within 72 hours with an expected timescale for solving the issue.

Delivery Charges

Most orders will be sent out within seven days but please allow twenty-eight days for delivery.

Europe/Scandinavia/Channel Islands Charges: 
Delivery Charges have recently had to increase. Should we have overcharged you, we will refund any excess.

Changes to EU Shipping


Since Brexit deliveries to and from Europe have been more complicated and incurred substantial costs. Fiona Finds would like you to know that our aim is to make your shopping experience as simple as possible, therefore we will be paying your import duties and customs for all EU customers. The price you see at checkout is the price you will pay.
